Tim Redding joined the Mackenzie Hughes firm in 2007. He is a member of the firm’s business department concentrating on business, immigration, intellectual property and municipal law. In 2008, Tim was admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Tim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton in December 2002. In 2007, Tim graduated magna cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University with a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
While attending law school, Tim was a member of the Justinian Honor Society, and upon graduation, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and awarded the CALI Award for having the highest academic standing in Criminal Law and Health Law. He was also a recipient of the Best Paper Award in State and Local Government Finance at the Maxwell School for his analysis of Florida’s property tax system.
Before joining Mackenzie Hughes, Tim was an intern for the Honorable Deborah H. Karalunas of the New York State Supreme Court, Onondaga County. He was also a Teaching Assistant for several legal research and communications classes at Syracuse University College of Law and worked as a law clerk at Student Legal Services, a free legal service provider for Syracuse University students.
Tim spends most of his time outside of work with his wife and son and also enjoys reading, listening to music, and running.
